Practical component includes cell isolating methods, in vitro culturing of leukocytes, cell counting methods, immunodiagnostic assays (ELISA, Immunochromatography, SDS-PAGE & Western Blotting, Molecular diagnosis of immunodeficiencies) and cell based immunoassays.
