c. Complete payment
d. Print it before you press "SUBMIT".  
               When relevant,
               Section 2 in this application form becomes a TAX INVOICE  for the payment purpose for your school.
e. After payment by any means, please send a confirmation email to: vatsteachersofspanish@gmail.com stating the date and transaction number. Please retain a copy of this form(s) and receipts for your records
