I am hereby fully responsible for my own actions and interpretation of the teaching and/or instruction. Any movement or idea offered by an instructor is only an offer and they, nor anyone associated with Humble Warrior Movement Arts, can be held responsible for my execution of that action. Instructors, producers and affiliated personnel have no ability to control or correct my movement. If I present a video and/or class produced by Humble Warrior Movement Arts to anyone else who has not signed this waiver through registration of the event or execution of the online form, I take on full responsibility for any liability of their actions, interpretation of the instruction, and execution of any movement offered by the class, company, and/or instructor(s). You are aware that participating in a movement workshop may involve a risk of injury. You are aware that such an injury can limit my future life activities, including future earning capacity and loss of life, cause damage to personal, rented, and/or others’ property. You hereby assume all the associated risks and agree to hold the instructors, choreographers, event coordinators, producers, her officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, associated venues, and associated organizations harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims, or demands of any kind and nature whatsoever which may arise by or in connection with my participation. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for myself, my heirs, estate, executor, administrator, assignees and for all members of my family.You have read the above statement and fully understand the contents, consequences and implications of signing this document.
