there is a $10 vehicle pass required by Lory State Park if you do not already have a State Parks pass. Please allow time to purchase this at the visitor center prior to hiking with us.
We will be hiking the 2.5 mile loop, stopping along the way at the small streams that intersect the trail. You can expect to be walked through how to use the Stream Tracker app (Anecdata.org) and how to record an observation, as well as see first-hand the importance of these small streams that may or may not be flowing this time of year. We will also share how you can continue to volunteer with the project and our current need for volunteers to hike three priority trails in the Poudre Canyon.
