The theme of the Tour is “Experience” and “(Meeting) People”.
I will take you to the places where I am hugely influenced, inspired, and interested in visiting.
This is NOT a tour for the sightseeing purpose.
However, I will make plenty of "free time" if you would like to change your plan by yourself. Again, I will take you where I would go for experiencing & meeting Japanese people, and of course, (some) shopping.

[How Long]
10~12 Days Full Days.
(Start from the first hotel in Tokyo, and end at the last hotel in Tokyo)
[Group Size]
VERY Small: 6~8 excluding Atsushi
[Estimat Pricing]
$6,500.00~7,500.00 for 10~12 days (NOT including Airfare to Japan)
(Planning to have a single occupancy in good hotels & for the size of 8 people group). The reason for this wide range of estimate is the unstable USD/JPY Exchange Rate.
*DO NOT Purchase The Airplane Ticket until the Confirmation.
*Purchase of Personal Travel Insurance is required to join this Trip.
*[Core & Essence] Sashiko Workshop (In-Person/Online Class) is prerequisite to join this Tour. Please take them in advance to the Tour. Online Sashiko Class will be available throughout.
*We try to find the best for experience & meeting people, then find comfort in transportation & staying (we won't priotize the price for our experience in Japan).
*In case of receiving many submission, I will priotize those who took (will take) my workshop and those on Patreon - after that, I will contact person according to the order I receive.

[What is included in the cost estimate]
- The arrangement of transportation in Japan, from the tour starting location (the first hotel In Tokyo) to the ending location (the last hotel in Tokyo).
- Sashiko Materials & Arrangement to join the special Sashiko project.
- The entrance fees for museums & exhibition (if applicable),
- The workshop Fees & Materials Fees - Sashiko, Boro, Kogin (which everyone will take together).
- Hotel stays (aiming single occupancy throughout. For the stays in Takayama, we may stay at a whole house with 4 bed rooms with sharing).
- Several Official Meals (will be specified in the official itinerary).
- Most of the Breakfast (small discount available if no needed like me - I just need a cup of coffee).
- Atsushi’s On-Site Translation & Cultural Story Reading Materials before/while/after the Tour.
[What is NOT included in the cost estimate]
- International Airfares to/from Japan (To/from TKO)
- Transportation from/to the Airport to the first Hotel in Tokyo (Atsushi can arrange you the transportation from/to with actual expense).
- The Hotel Room before the First Day and after the dissmissal of the Tour. (The final day depends on the plan).
- Travel insurance (Please read the insurance requirement).
- Workshop You Choose outside of the Itinerary (if applicable in “Free Time”).
- Add-On Plans not mentioned in the Itinerary (such as Kimono Rental).
- Porterage at hotels
- Gratuities, Food & Meals such as lunch and dinners), and other personal shopping. (Atsushi will usually suggest a place for meals)
- Alcohols Drinks in the official dinners.
- Personal expenses (Snacks, coffees, and choice of upgrading the transportation including Taxi when applicable).
