Request for Movie Rights
When hosting events or activities in the hall, if the questions below have the answer "no" then we need to get the rights. Please then complete the form below 2 weeks prior to your event.

Is your showing covered under our RHA Cinema license? 
Ask the following questions:
  • Is the event indoors?
  • Does the event take place inside an on-campus lounge, lobby, or common space?
  • Is purpose of the event educational or for programming purposes?
  • Is the title available in the RHA Cinema movie library for the programming month?
  • Does the attendance not exceed 50 people in total per showing?
If you answered “yes” to all of these questions, then you’re covered! If you answered “no” to any of these or are unsure, please complete the form below.
