These hotshots programmes are a great opportunity for the kids to develop their tennis (technique and tactics) as well as their overall coordination, movement and fitness. It is a fun, positive and social environment, which fosters respect, team-work and professional etiquette.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. TERM PROGRAMME LENGTH
Each term is an 8 week programme starting on the first week of the term

2. WEATHER
Lessons will always be on unless coach Daniel contacts you via text to let you know it has been postponed.

3.COVID
- If Covid restrictions get in the way of any lessons they will be made up at the end of the term or the money will
be held in credit for future lessons.
- All tennis lessons follow the current government guidelines and safety protocols in relation to tennis coaching
to ensure a safe environment is always maintained

4. RACKETS
Rackets can be borrowed if needed or purchased at a discounted rate.

5. FOOTWEAR
The players are to wear appropriate footwear at their lessons (running or tennis shoes - no rough shoes, such as trail shoes as this ruins the court surface).

6. LATE CANCELLATION FEE
There is a $20 cancellation fee per enrolled student for late cancellations (anytime after 1 week before the programme begins). This is to cover administrative costs for managing booking and queries and also because it is generally too late to replace your spot, which your booking has reserved.

7. PRICES FOR TERM COACHING (8 week programme)
It is $150 for the 8 week term programme

8. PRICES FOR HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
$140 for all 3 days or $50 per day
*Location for holiday programme is Lake Pupuke Tennis Club

Coaching fees are payable directly to Daniel.
Payment can be made in cash or via online banking to Daniel Millward.

WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: I acknowledge that the participant(s) I am enrolling are physically capable of participating in this tennis coaching programme and have no known health restrictions that might jeopardise their safety or health or the safety or health of others during their participation. I acknowledge the risks of playing tennis and I hereby release and waive Daniel Millward and his assistant coaches from liability, to the extent permitted by law. I hereby consent that the participants I am enrolling will abide by all applicable rules to ensure a safe environment is maintained. I give consent to the rendering of emergency first aid and/or medical procedures, which at the time of injury or illness seems reasonably advisable.
