We love to capture the awesomeness of volunteer work and share it on our social and beyond. Would you consent to your photo/video being taken and shared for our events, marketing etc? 

Here are the parameters: 
I hereby authorize Burlington Bike Project d.b.a. OLD SPOKES HOME to publish the photographs and videos taken of me for use in Burlington Bike Project’s printed publications, website, social media and training purposes. 

     I release Burlington Bike Project from any expectation of confidentiality for myself and attest that I have the authority to authorize Burlington Bike Project to use their photographs, videos and names.

     I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by Burlington Bike Project is voluntary, I will not receive financial compensation. 

     I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by Burlington Bike Project confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. 

     I release Burlington Bike Project, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
