If you are interested in volunteering at the PG shelter, please understand that is not connected with PB Proud. However, we do have a lot of overlap and can connect you to the application process. To ensure no perceived conflicts of interest and to continue to ensure we are responsible for our message and growth, we do ask that you do not enter the shelter as a representative of PB Proud. *

If you are interested in fostering a dog from the PG shelter, please understand that you will need to apply with an approved rescue and fulfill their requirements. We can connect you to the application process. Fostering is incredible, challenging and so rewarding. We have resources to assist if you take this important role on! Sometimes, a dog will already be spoken for by another rescue or foster. We know that can be disappointing, but please work with PB Proud or the rescue to choose another. Time is always against them and ANY dog you foster saves multiple lives. *
