SET UP:
Friday, April 5, 2024 3:00-5:00pmRECEPTION & TAKE DOWN:
Sunday, April 28, 2024 12:00 - 1:00 pm (Take down immediately following reception)
Guidelines/Information for the Exhibit:
- Art teacher should be a current member of NYSATA Region 3
- Student should be in 6-12 grades
- Artwork must be 2D and address the theme of nature (animals, landscapes, waterscapes, flora/fauna, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 submissions per art teacher, Maximum 8 pieces.
****All teachers must be available or make a plan to hang and take down their students' artwork OR arrange for another art teacher to hang their work for them that day***
Artwork Preparation:
- Must have a securely attached, typed, computer-generated white label on the lower right front corner of each piece. Please include NAME, TITLE, GRADE, SCHOOL DISTRICT, ART EDUCATOR
- Must be 2D due to space limitations
-Beaver Lake has new hanging guidelines that will be shared once you register. We will be provided wall hanging materials.
