Thank you for your interest in joining the Texas State Design for America Leadership team!

Our leadership team is structured to give new leaders the best opportunity to succeed. Newly selected leaders will have the opportunity to have the previous leader train them throughout their first semester in their position. The previous leaders will act more like mentors, not a secondary leadership.

Because of this, becoming a leader is a 3 semester commitment (1 semester with training previous leadership, 1 solo semester, and 1 semester with new leadership), and also requires availability over the summer.
