Southwest CDC Record Clearing Event/ Block Party
If you are interested in having a table at the Southwest CDC Record Clearing Event/Block Party please fill out the information below. The Record Clearing Event will take place on May 6th, 2023 from 11am to 2pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Tabling at this event is to bring additional community resources to attendees. This event is to be 100% free for the community, therefore no vendors selling any goods or services will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
