~You must be checked in by 10:30 am or your space may be forfeited.
~Indoor Event.
~ You can request a space or a 8 ft table or if you need both the option is below.
    ~A space means no table is included. You are then bringing your own tables and or racks. Chairs will be supplied
    ~A table means you will be supplied with 1 8 ft table with no extra space
~ Electric is available on a first register and submit payment basis. It is best to bring an extension cord as well to the event.
~You must stay set up until the event is over at 3 pm
~Advertising for this event will be done through social media sites, fliers, posters, I will have it advertised in 1 local paper
~There will only be one representative allowed per direct sales company.
~Swag bags will be handed out. If you will be at the event that day you will get a discounted rate. 100 bags for $15. If you are not a vendor of the event the fee is $20. You can add that below if you want to participate.
  ~Swag bag items MUST be received by January 29th to be included in these bags. Its can be mailed to P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562
~Any leftover swag bag advertisements will be used in swag bags for future events.
~As always please share the event on Facebook and help spread the word for the event.
~Once payment is received you will be a confirmed vendor. If someone else from your company registers whoever submits the payment first will receive the table. (Name will be listed below under confirmed vendors once payment is received)
~Once payment is received there will be no refunds for any reason
~When payment is submitted you are paying for this event on this date. If you cannot make the date you do not receive a credit to use on another event or a refund.
~If the event is cancelled for due to a government shutdown, a pandemic, natural disaster, bad weather etc. reasons that are out of our control the vendor would receive a credit in the amount they paid for the event. The credit can be used on the reschedule date if there is one or on any other event hosted by Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company (added 3-23-2020)
~Payments are submitted through Square. Once I receive the registration you will receive an invoice in your email you note below.

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
