Register - Jewish Yoga Sivan: June 9, 2024
Please use this form to register for Jewish Yoga Sivan taking place on Sunday, June 9, 2024 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM at Practice Yoga Co-op (804 S 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147).

The class is an hour and a half long and usually includes yoga asana (poses/movement), guided meditation, breath work, and time for journaling and reflection. Wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a journal and pen. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one (they will also be provided at the studio).

Cost: $15 - 25 sliding scale accepted via Venmo (preferred) @Amanda-Davidowitz / inspiredheartwellness@gmail.com or PayPal (paypal.me/AmandaDavidowitz). You must submit payment in advance in order to reserve your spot. If cost is a barrier please contact me.

If you are a member of my virtual Jewish yoga community (ko-fi.com/jewishyoga) - the cost is Free or pay what you like.

Space is limited - Please email inspiredheartwellness@gmail.com if you need to cancel your reservation or have any questions. If you cancel due to COVID exposure or illness you will be fully refunded.

Accessibility: This yoga practice may incorporate supine, prone, sitting, and/or standing postures. You should be able to comfortably move between sitting and standing without assistance to participate. Modifications will be offered and you are always invited to do what feels best for your body. Previous experience with yoga is helpful but not required.
