The Generation of Innovation Leaders (GIL), is a program powered by UNICEF that aims at enhancing the level of knowledge, among vulnerable youth, related to Design Thinking and Business Development across Lebanon.

The GIL entrepreneurship program is an intensive 4-day Design Thinking training followed by an intensive 8-day Business Development training for unemployed Lebanese and refugee youth. The program provides youth with the skills and knowledge needed to develop innovative income-generating business ideas. Based on a set of criteria, the most viable business ideas will be selected and will advance to incubation, where they receive coaching sessions and seed funding to launch their Small and Micro Businesses.

The Nawaya Network implements The Generation of Innovation Leaders program in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and the South, including Nabatieh.

Registration is open for youth who have not previously enrolled in this program, and who match the below criteria:

Age: 18 to 28 years old

All Nationalities

Able to read and write

Able to commit to the program

Live in Beirut

Have a business idea

برنامج جيل لريادة الأعمال هو تدريب مكثف على التفكير التصميمي لمدة 4 أيام يليه تدريب مكثف لتطوير الأعمال لمدة 8 أيام للشباب والشباب اللبنانيين واللاجئين العاطلين عن

العمل. يزود البرنامج الشباب بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة لتطوير أفكار أعمال مبتكرة مدرة للدخل. و استنادًا إلى مجموعة من المعايير المحددة ، سيتم اختيار أفكار الأعمال الأكثر قابلية للتطبيق وتتقدم إلى الاحتضان ، حيث يتلقون جلسات تدريبية وتمويلًا أوليًا لإطلاق مشاريعهم.

تنفذ شبكة نوايا برنامج “جيل قادة الابتكار” في بيروت وجبل لبنان والجنوب بما في ذلك النبطية.
