After reviewing this syllabus and rules/procedures with your student, please also read our liability form, when finished sign below.  A minor grade of 100% will be assigned for filling out this form. We will refer to this information for possible emergency and communication purposes. Students and parents will have fifteen (15) days from the first day of class (First semester- August 15th, 2022; Second semester- ) to sign and agree to the terms. If your student joins the course late you will have one (1) school day to return the form.
If you or your student fail to complete the form, the school will accept this as permission for your student(s) to engage in the course and you accept the liabilities included.
