Creative Kids Application Form for THE REMARKABLE SPEAKER online public speaking workshop with Daniel Merza
The NSW Government is funding the Creative Kids Program, which provides families of school-aged kids (4.5 to 18 years old) to get involved in creative activities. Parents, guardians and carers can claim a $100 voucher per child, per year with Daniel Merza, a registered provider with Service NSW.

Before completing this form, you must apply for your voucher through Service NSW (https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-creative-kids-voucher - Usually takes no longer than a couple of minutes).

Once you have successfully gained your voucher by Service NSW,  you can register for the next workshop below.
