-- The Balloon Race organizers will request a $50 booth fee once accepted

-- Artists booths will be underneath a large 40x80 ft. tent with overhead lights; artists do not need to provide a pop-up tent

-- Artists are responsible for their own easels, pedestals, or tables needed to display work

-- Access to electricity is NOT guaranteed

I understand that I will have to pay a $50 registration fee prior to June 1. I will be invoiced by the Great Galena Balloon Race. My booth space will be approximately 10'x10' and must be set up by 5:00 pm. I understand that setup hours are from noon - 5:00 pm only. I must provide my own easels, pedestals, and other display items. I understand I may only sell original art and I am responsible for handling my own payments for the art I sell. *
