Will you be free to attend all of our bi-weekly Saturday morning meetings (held virtually) at 12:00 PM (noon) EST? The first meeting is on June 22nd 2019. *
Will you be available to attend the conference on Saturday, November 2nd 2019 in Chicago? Organizing Committee Members are required to be in attendance in Chicago between Friday evening at 5:00PM on November 1st and the end of the conference at 6:00PM on Saturday, November 2nd. *
