This is the official registration form for the Consensus Late Fall Tournament (Post-Secondary) held at Carleton University on Sunday, November 3rd. Please fill this form out once per team.

What school do you attend? *
Please list the names of the players on your team. If you add more players to your team after registration, please inform us. Teams with fewer than 4 players on the day of the tournament may be combined with other teams. *
Which division do you want to play in? Players who have been active in at most one school year of post-secondary trivia prior to 2024-25 are eligible for the Novice division. *
How many working buzzer sets are you able to bring? (Each set gives your team a $10 discount. If we have enough already and don't need more, we will contact you before the tournament to let you know.) *

Please read and acknowledge the following terms.

1. The base entry fee for this tournament is $120 per team (before applying discounts for buzzers, travel, new teams, or hosts). Payment can be made via e-transfer (contact@consensustrivia.com), cash, or cheque (made out to Consensus Trivia), anytime on or before the tournament date.

2. The Guaranteed Registration deadline for this tournament is Sunday, October 20. Any teams that register on or before that date are guaranteed spots. We may or may not be able to accommodate teams that register after that date.

3. The Late Drop deadline for this tournament is Sunday, October 20. Any teams that drop out after this date will still have to pay 50% of their registration fee.
