I give permission for my child to participate in off-campus walks during the school year, supervised by a Spruce Tree staff member at all times. Students wear safety vests when participating in off-campus walks and bike rides. 

I give permission for my child to participate in physical education (PE) classes as well as gross motor skill-based activities offered during the school day, inside and outside, as a part of their curricular scope and sequence. 

I give permission to Spruce Tree Montessori School to use photographic and video images of my child to be used internally, for the classroom and school communications, in photo slide and/or video presentations intended for parents at school events, and in classroom photo albums and scrap books. 

I give permission to Spruce Tree Montessori School to use photographic and video images of my child for external communications, intended for prospective students and families, including in press releases, brochures about the school, on the school's website, in the school's newsletter (printed and posted online), on the school's social media pages (FaceBook and Instagram), or potential media attention about the school (in the local newspaper or via TV outlets). 

Note: Children in photographs are not identified by name in external communications (in social media or on the school's website) except in special circumstances, and only with explicit permission from a parent or guardian. Spruce Tree does not "tag" parents in social media posts or use any location except the school location. 

I give permission for photographic or video images of my child to be used for educational or training purposes, for staff members and/or other educators (personnel from educational institutions: UAF, UAA, Montessori teacher training centers, or other Montessori schools), in settings such as conferences/meetings, staff trainings and professional development, or in educational presentations to the Spruce Tree Montessori School Parent Advisory Committee. 

I give permission to Spruce Tree Montessori School to use my child's academic work samples (assignments, artwork, daily planner, journal, etc) in both internal and external communications (publications, photo or video presentations) on the web or in print.

I give permission to include my name and mobile phone number in the Spruce Tree Montessori School Parent Directory which will be shared with the Spruce Tree parent community.
