The City of East Lansing's Federal Covid Relief Money
The City of East Lansing will receive $12. million in federal Covid-19 relief money through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. City Manager George Lahanas provided an overview of a draft plan on how the City might spend the money at the Oct. 12 Discussion Only meeting of City Council.
