Speech includes all IE events and Congress. Debate judges may be asked to cross over to both Lincoln Douglas and Public Forum, depending on the tournament. If you have specific preferences, indicate them in the last box, but we can't guarantee that the tournament will accommodate them. Please keep in mind that some tournaments may put Public Forum and Lincoln Douglas judges into one pool. Tournaments that offer Parliamentary Debate will draw their judges from the Public Forum pool. Please keep that in mind.
