After you submit your application, one of our board members will be in touch with you to talk about your preferences and schedule. Please understand that the Portage Food Pantry Board will conduct a background check through the Wisconsin Circuit Court website before you can volunteer.

Why do you want to volunteer at the pantry?

There are several different areas volunteers can help out. It's helpful for us to understand your abilities or limitations. Do you have any physical limitations? If so, please let us know. For example: can you lift more than 10 lbs? more than 20 lbs?

Monday 10:30-12:30 for serving customers

Wednesday 10:30-12:30 for serving customers

Thursday 4:30-6:30 for serving customers

Flexible hours during the weekend for stocking

Flexible hours M-F for stocking

Flexible hours for picking up donations, errands, etc.
