Each Arch Ph.D. student is allowed $2400 towards airfare to present a paper over the course of their entire Ph.D. program. This is a reimbursement process and because there is a limited amount of annual funds, even if you still have available funding, the dept. may not be able to provide you the full amount of the airfare depending on our resources.

Please provide the following information with the application form:

• Invitation to present your paper (E-mail is acceptable)
• Travel itinerary and e-ticket receipt

When you return, provide:

• Boarding passes (upload boarding pass)
• Conference program cover and the pages listing your name
