Spring '22 Plano Worker sign-ups
Thank you for signing up to work at our PLANO sale! We're so grateful for you!

You have through Friday, January 28th to give us your requests for working a shift in Plano February 25-March 1. By submitting this form you are giving us your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for a shift or shifts you'd like to receive and you will be included in our Early Worker Sign-up lottery. Each person that fills out a form will be assigned a random number and then on January 29 will be put in a shift based on that order.

You will be emailed by Monday, January 31 with the shift(s) you received. Due to governmental changes you will be compensated for working your shift. In working a shift you earn the right to purchase a Presale wristband for a price equal to your compensation. Each wristband is good for entry of ONE person. The shopping time is noted next to the shift.

Feb. 26th  1:00 shopping = eligible shifts: Fri.7:30am, Tues.12pm or Tues. 1pm
Feb. 26th  1:30 shopping = eligible shift: Sun. 9:30am
Feb. 26th  2:00 shopping = all other shifts

WORKER AGREEMENT: IF I RECEIVE A SHIFT I UNDERSTAND THAT: I am being hired as an independent contractor for a flat rate of $40 to work my shift at the Spring 2022 Divine Consign PLANO sale  I am purchasing a presale wristband with the same $40 so I can shop early. I understand that in picking up my wristband it will be assumed that I shopped on Saturday (2/26) and I am expected to show up and fulfill my commitment to work my shift. If I do not fulfill my shift commitment, $40 will be deducted from my consignor check if I am selling at this sale. If my check is not at least $40, I will be invoiced the balance. If I do not fulfill my shift and am not a consignor, I will receive an invoice for $40. If I miss my shift after I've shopped, I will have to make it up at a future sale in order to shop early going forward. Failure to repay the $40 will result in no longer being eligible to participate at a Divine Consign event in any capacity.
