2022 Sales Achievement Update

Formerly the Million Dollar Club, the Platinum Club Program is the FCBIA Sales Leader’s opportunity to recognize and celebrate their distinguished New Home Sales Personnel in front of their peers and industry professionals. The criteria is updated to a more appropriate and flexible measure of success, that doesn’t rely on sales volume specifically.

Sales Leaders can determine their unit of measure of recognition:

a. Option #1 = Estimated Community Traffic / leads = This gives the AOE Committee a perspective of the sales professional’s scale of follow up, communication, customer relationship development

b. Option #2 = Internal Company Survey Success

c. Option #3 = Traditional Measure: Sales Volume, Sales volume is defined as gross ratified contract volume minus contract cancellations for the period January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021. Volume credit is not given for listing, settlements or re-sales.
