Before and After School Care Agreement:  I understand that before and after school care for my child(ren) is invoiced and paid for on a monthly basis through my FACTS financial account. My child will automatically be re-enrolled in before or after school care unless I notify the school office by the 25th of the previous month in order for the office to update my FACTS financial account. Otherwise, I will be automatically re-enrolled for the next month. *
