Once this submission is received, your summer experience will be created.  New and returning (currently unenrolled) members will receive a secure link to finalize the enrollment process and make your payment.  Current members, whether attending or on hold, will be charged according to your membership agreement.  

Camp Mathnasium enrollment is not guaranteed or secured until full payment is received. 
Camp Mathnasium enrollment at any level includes assessments for life, custom Mathnasium learning plan and instructional sessions during the each camp morning, all materials, camp activity reflections, and game time.

Add-On camp experiences for currently enrolled members do not receive additional Mathnasium sessions.  It is expected that you participate in the Mathnasium Hour built into each Summer Camp experience as one of your weekly Mathnasium sessions, and save a trip back to the center!

CAMP SELECTIONS:  Please read carefully.

Minimum 8 days for Camp Mathnasium only.  No minimum for enrolled members selecting the Summer Camp Add-On option to your summer membership.

Camp Mathnasium sessions will be invoiced to primary parents/guardians in the order that selections are submitted.  Submissions fewer than or in excess of the stated parameters will be voided, and a request to resubmit selections will be sent back to you.  Camp Mathnasium selections are confirmed based only on receipt of full payment for the final approved submission.
