A completed form on file is required for every event participant before participation is allowed.
Participants must also physically sign a Release of Claims, COVID Liability Waiver and Photo Release.

Once a form is completed once, it does not have to be done again for each event.

IF INFORMATION CHANGES (insurance, knowledge of allergies or medical conditions, etc.), it is crucial that you notify Trane and fill the form out again with the new information.
