We are thrilled to have you participate in our fun and educational activities over the coming weeks. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, we've developed a code of conduct that we expect all participants to adhere to when attending our program via Zoom.
1. Respect Others: Treat campers, counselors, and staff with respect and kindness at all times. Use positive language and actions when interacting with others.
2. No Bullying: Bullying will not be tolerated in any form. If you are subject to any kind of bullying or witness someone else being bullied, please report it to a counselor.
3. Stay on Topic: Be courteous and respectful when others are speaking or presenting. Refrain from interrupting, talking over or talking off-topic.
4. Use Appropriate Language: Offensive and/or inappropriate language, stalking, hate speech, abusive behavior, or any harmful online activities are prohibited.
5. No Recording: Participants are not allowed to record any part of the online sessions, including audio or video.
6. Dress Code: We expect participants to dress appropriately for Zoom camp sessions.
7. Follow Instructions: Participants are expected to carefully follow all instructions given by the camp counselor or staff members.
8. Punctuality: Participants should attend the Zoom sessions on time and ready to learn.
9. Parental Supervision: We ask parents to supervise their children during online Zoom sessions and ensure that they are following the code of conduct.
By participating in our summer camp via Zoom, you agree to adhere to our code of conduct at all times. Failure to comply may result in the participant's removal from the program.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us to create a safe, positive and enjoyable camping experience for everyone!
