To be recommended for one of the Company groups, you must take that style class during the summer 6 week session.  During that time the instructors and director will observe your ability to pick up movement quickly, your performance quality, technique, and ability to blend well with your classmates.  

I have read and fully understand the information in this Company Commitment packet. I have taken time to discuss all the enclosed information with my child and agree to have her participate in this year's Company. I agree to follow these policies and guidelines and will support the decisions made by the Chester Valley Dance Academy. I give full authority to the Cathy Moran, director and the staff to dismiss my child should it be decided that the policies & guidelines herein are not being upheld. I further understand that there are no refunds of any kind should my child be dismissed or decides to discontinue her involvement in this program.

I have read/discussed the information in this letter with my parents and have decided to accept the challenging and rewarding role of becoming a Company member. I agree to follow all the policies & guidelines of the program and will support the decisions made by the Chester Valley Dance Academy and its staff.
