Thank you for your interest in participating to the evaluation of the Suicide.Ca platform.

An interview will be conducted with 48 persons who are invited to give their opinion on the Suicide.Ca platform. It will last a maximum of 45 minutes.

A financial compensation of $25.00 will be given to the participants to the interview.

Your participation in this interview will help us to:
• Better understand what are the users’ needs and the short-term impacts of the
        Suicide.Ca platform for those users;
• Identify ways to improve the Suicide.Ca platform;
• Improve knowledge about digital suicide prevention services and tools such as those
        offered on the Suicide.Ca platform.

To participate, you must:
• Have consulted the Suicide.Ca platform or used its services and tools;
• Be 14 years of age or older;
• Reside in the province of Quebec;
• Understand and speak English or French.
