In your email, please give your name, accommodation request (if applicable), and a confirmation that you understand (1) AJET won't be providing any meals at this event, so you must plan accordingly to ensure you have food for Saturday night and Sunday morning, and (2) You agree to pay or cancel your reservation by the payment deadline on May 26th, otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund.
