Dance Academy 2021-2022 Interest Form
Flint Hill plans to resume its Dance Academy in the 2021-2022 school year. Please answer the questions below to help us develop a schedule and program that best addresses families' needs. Please complete this form once for each student interested in Dance Academy. Please note, we anticipate offering three sessions over the course of the school year. Students may opt to enroll in any or all of the sessions, though it is recommended that students enroll in all three for continuity in their progress. Class times and rates vary by age group from 30-minute classes to 90-minute classes, with tuition ranging from $200 - $300 per session.

Students enrolled in Session I of Flint Hill's Dance Academy are eligible to participate in the annual performance of The Nutcracker. The tentative dates for the 2021 Nutcracker are Friday, November 12 and Saturday, November 13. Students enrolled in Dance Academy for Session I will rehearse Nutcracker choreography during class time, regardless of their participation in the performance. Rehearsing choreography strengthens skills learned in technique class. For those students who do choose to perform, an additional dress rehearsal will be required the week of the performance. More information on The Nutcracker (including rehearsal and performance dates and times and a contract) will be distributed in mid-September.
