Any of the symptoms below could indicate a COVID-19 infection in individuals and may put you at risk for spreading illness to others. Please note that this list does not include all possible symptoms and children with COVID-19 may experience any, all, or none of these symptoms. Please check your child daily for these symptoms.
If you exhibit two (2) or more symptom(s) listed in Section A or at least one (1) symptom listed in Section B, you will be required to visit your healthcare provider immediately to rule out the possibility of COVID-19 infection.
Individuals with COVID-19 compatible symptoms will be excluded until they have a negative COVID-19 test or have met the criteria for discontinuing home isolation. An alternate diagnosis will not be accepted for return to school when individuals meet COVID-19 exclusion criteria. Please see your school nurse if you have further questions. Household members of a staff member who have symptoms and meet COVID-19 Exclusion Criteria should be excluded from school until the symptomatic individual receives a negative result. If the symptomatic individual tests positive, the household member will need to self-quarantine. Please see the exclusion criteria on the following link:
