Cancellation: Your enrollment with NCB Training will only be effective if and when NCB Training sends to you its official enrollment receipt and NCB Training has received in full the Enrollment Fee and (if applicable) any other fee specified by it, You have seven days from the date of purchase to cancel Your course and request a refund, No refunds will be offered to You for part or fully completed courses, No refunds will be offered to You if any course material has been downloaded from Your qualification(s).

You will have to complete all the 100% on-line Course and Assignments before we enroll you for the exam. We will not register you for the exam till you have completed the full course.

ELearning courses are studied in-line. Using our platform is simple and self-explanatory. You will be supported by online expert tutors and your course content is full of multimedia content, including: Study books (downloadable), student forums, mock examinations and videos, audio and online games. Certain parts of your course content can be downloaded for printing, watching and listening on the move.
