I understand that, if chosen, my work will be shared both verbally and visually (on the screen) to ticket holders (but will NOT be distributed by email, print, or other means). I understand sharing my work in public always comes with some inherent risks (the worst being plagiarism). However, I understand that A) The Manuscript Academy has never heard of this happening at our events, B) The other writer would have to write the whole rest of the book to make any use of the page, and C) It would be easy to prove that the other writer was at the event, and thus show what happened. However, in the worst case and extremely unlikely scenario, I will hold The Manuscript Academy and its employees, partners, and sister company harmless. *
