Zephyr Project - Meetups/Events

We are delighted to learn about your interest in hosting a Zephyr Project Meetup. Your commitment to fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Zephyr community is truly commendable. 

The Zephyr Project is happy to help promote your event, as well as offer resources such as event registration and event sponsorship (funding), where requested -- and assuming the event meets these guidelines.

"Zephyr Project Meetup" Requirement / Acknowledgement *
Events listed as "Zephyr Project Meetups" should be focused on the Project as a whole; and not limited to a company's product pitch. While use cases are welcomed as part of the content, the Meetup should put more of a focus on introducing attendees to the Zephyr RTOS ecosystem.

Note that the Zephyr Project will only share the Names/Organizations of those registering with the Host Organization. If you are looking to capture leads (through registration), it will be best for you to host your own event registration. The Zephyr Project will still be able to help promote the event.
