Ellsworth Community School District is excited to announce that we are once again planning to offer summer food service to our district families. This survey is for the first 3 weeks in August.

Meals will again be distributed through the "Grab and Go" process with the same three pick up locations. These include:
-Bay City Post Office Parking Lot
-Our Saviors Church Parking Lot
-Senior High School Cafeteria Entrance

Meals will be distributed on Monday's each week from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday's pick up will have 6 days of meals. August dates are 8/2, 8/9, and 8/16.

Please complete the survey by Friday, July 23th at noon, so our food service team can prepare for the needed meals.

Please stay tuned for possible updates in delivery times.
