CPR - Waitlist
Thank you for your interest in becoming CPR/AED certified for adult, children, and infants.

To ensure we provide ample classes that fit your needs, please complete this form. Based on the answers below we will know how many more classes need to be scheduled so everyone within our District can become CPR certified.

Please note, by completing this form you will be notified first when more classes are scheduled. 

Priority will be giving to community members that reside in our District (Cannon Beach, Tolovana, Arch Cape, and Falcon Cove). For this reason, completion of the physical address is required. If you are not a District resident, you will be placed in the Out of District waitlist.
