Hello and welcome to the VeryLastNerve's Invitational League of Legends Tournament sign up form. This will be a quick survey for me to gather the basic information needed to run the tournament and have you in it! Please feel free to DM me on Reddit or Discord for any questions or for additional information!

All games will be streamed live at https://www.twitch.tv/verylastnerve. There is a chance you will be asked to talk live on this stream, please keep that in mind.

Player Description Questions
The next few questions ask you to describe parts of your playstyle and who you are. This is important to help sell yourself to our captains to increase the odds that you get selected onto a team. Not everyone will get to be in a call and play in-houses before the tournament starts, so for the best possible chances of being picked please put time and effort into the next few responses.

Think of things like how often you want to practice, whether you are okay being a fill role player, whatever you think is something you want to convey

Also, once you are in navigate to the #roles channel and get any League role to talk in the league chats and any other roles for other games or interests you may have.
