2022 United Airlines NYC Half Interest Application

Thank you for your interest in running with NYC Outward Bound Schools! On Sunday, March 20, 2022 a team of five runners will represent our organization in the 2022 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon, raising awareness and funds to support our work for an equitable education for all students.

As an official runner with NYC Outward Bound Schools we guarantee your spot and cover the entry fee. Runners who are invited to accept the guaranteed entry are required to raise a minimum of $2,000 to go towards our organization. If you are not able to raise the minimum you are responsible for the balance. You will be provided with tools and resources to help you raise money.

Accepted runners are responsible for the registration fee of $130 for New York Road Runners members and $145 for non-members, paid directly to NYRR.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your participation for the 2022 United Airlines NYC Half any time before Monday, February 21, 2022; however, your race registration fee will not be refunded by NYRR and you will be charged $250 by NYC Outward Bound Schools. You are responsible for fulfilling your $2,000 pledge, even if you are unable to participate in the half marathon, for any reason, including injury. In no event can donations received by NYC Outward Bound Schools be refunded. Please confirm that you understand the cancellation policy. *
