This Google form outlines the expectations for clients of College Drive LLC.

I understand that as a client of College Drive LLC, I am expected to provide accurate test scores, transcripts, report cards, 504 or Individualized Education Program/Plan (IEP), mental health diagnosis, and any other educational records required to help my student in their college search and application processes. *

If standardized test scores are needed for a college application, I understand I am responsible for registering for that test and will submit my student's score to colleges as required by their admission policies. College Drive LLC does not register students nor submit scores on behalf of students. *

I understand that while a client of College Drive LLC, this Independent Educational Consultant (IEC) is not a replacement for my student's high school guidance counselor and I will adhere to all deadlines as required by my high school, online learning, or homeschooling program. *

I will submit applications, test scores, financial aid forms, scholarship applications, housing forms, and any other documentation as required by my chosen colleges. College Drive LLC does not submit paperwork on my or my student's behalf. *

I understand I will schedule and attend campus visits and college tours. College Drive LLC does not schedule or manage clients' college events or visits. *

I understand I am responsible for paying enrollment deposits, tuition, or fees as required by my chosen college. College Drive LLC does not submit tuition, fees, or deposits for students. *
