Please complete the registration form for each child in your family who will be attending the program.

PROGRAM DATES:  Saturdays, September 10, 2022 to June 17, 2023.
PROGRAM TIMES:  Morning Classes (9:30-12:00) and Afternoon Classes (1:00-3:30)

Who is eligible? JK - Grade 8 students in the 2022-2023 school year. Students are welcome from all school boards in the Ottawa area (Ontario and Quebec). A tuition fee is charged for A) Quebec students or B) International Students/Visitors to Canada residing in Ontario. See below for fee information.

Our classes are in-person and virtual depending on the language offered.

If the class is virtual, it will be delivered online using Google Meet and Google Classroom. If we are directed by Ottawa Public Health to close in-person classes, we will move them online.

For virtual language classes, students are required to have access to a device (chromebook, laptop) and access to the internet, in order to take part in the program.

Students may register for:
1) one morning class (Grades JK-Grade 8)
OR
2) one afternoon class (Grades 2**-Grade 8) **Note: different grade range in pm class
OR
3) one morning class(JK-Grade 8) and one afternoon class (Grades 2-8) not the same language in both time slots.

Fees:
A tuition fee of $165/language/child will be applied to Quebec students, and International Students/Visitors to Canada living in Ontario.

All NEW students to our IILE Program must show supporting documents to establish Proof of Date of Birth, Address in Ontario and Status in Canada. You will be emailed the instructions after you submit the registration and we determine that your child is a NEW student.

The email address below is for the parent/guardian, and is the address where your registration confirmation will be automatically sent. If you don't receive the registration confirmation, please check your Spam folder. If you didn't receive the confirmation, your child is not registered.
