In light of the AAMC's most recent recommendations on discouraging away rotations, we have, unfortunately, decided that we will be unable to host visiting students this academic year (2020-2021). As a program that typically matches between 50-75% of our interns from our rotator pool, this decision did not come lightly, and involved extensive discussion, both within our department and at the Dean's level at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. We send our sincerest apologies as many of you are likely very disappointed by this news, but know that the decision was made based on what we thought was best for everyone from a public health standpoint.
