Van Horn and Culberson County Survey
Culberson County and the Van Horn Economic Development Corporation (EDC) invite the community to provide input, insights, and comments on the city and county's future development plans.

HELP US PLAN THE FUTURE || HELP US CREATE A VISION

This community survey will help the city and county better understand public perspective and guide future direction.

The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete and will be open until Oct. 25, 2019.

Culberson County is working on a county-wide comprehensive plan, and the Van Horn EDC is working on a strategic economic development plan to guide their work.

Both would like to plan for the future and get guidance for meeting current and future needs. They would like to create a vision that is community-oriented, as well as financially and environmentally sustainable. The leadership wants to better position itself to not just address current and future community needs, but also to create a welcoming and safe environment for citizens in the city and county.
