Volunteer Form
Thank you for volunteering to support the Celebration of Life 5k Walk/Run on Sunday, June 2, 2024.  We are looking for volunteers to assist us throughout the event from set up (may be as early as 6:00am) to break down (we must be out be noon).  Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  1. Set Up - tents, tables and chairs around the event area and along the race route
  2. Onsite Packet Pick Up (hand out welcome packets to participants)
  3. Water Break stations (pour water for participants and clean up cups)
  4. Event Stations (assist with activity at event station)
  5. Site Ambassadors (ensure site remains clean of trash
  6. Clean Up - break down tents, table, chairs and ensure event site is clean for departure

 Please let us know what time(s) you may be available and we will assign responsibilities closer to the date once we have all of our volunteers.  We will also look to have a pre-call with everyone a few days before to make sure everyone is clear on their responsibilities.  Again, thank you for your time and support!  This event will not be a success without YOU!
