Our Veterans Day Celebration will be on Friday, November 10th in the Junior High Gym at 9:00am. If you are a veteran or have a veteran in your family, and would like to attend the celebration, please complete this form. Please park in the upper parking lot and check-in at Door 14. The ceremony will be followed by refreshments and an opportunity to walk through the Historical Artifact Museum. For those unable to attend in person, the event will be live streamed and also recorded for viewing at a later time.

Please complete this RSVP form by Friday, November 3rd for all people in your group attending, so we can be sure to accommodate all guests. We look forward to celebrating the service members and veterans within our Oak Grove community!
