Let’s celebrate International Volunteer Day together!

Volunteers are an integral part of the festival movement. They are the body and soul of the festival: creating the friendly atmosphere, meeting the guests, helping the performers and putting out all the fires (figuratively and literally). 

We want to celebrate the International Volunteer Day by sharing our experience in organizing and volunteering at international theatre festivals Pro.ACT Fest and Ukraine Fringe with those who have always wanted to dive into cultural volunteering, but didn’t know where to start. 

During the event you will: experience on your skin how it is to be a festival volunteer, learn more about Ukraine Fringe festival and festival volunteering from festival coordinators and experienced volunteers, have the chance to share your experiences with other participants during informal networking with tea, coffee and delicious cookies.

The participation is free (with the registration in advance)

WHEN: December 3, registration open 17:30, start of the event 18:00

The information about the venue will be disclosed only to the registered participants.

Language of the event: English.

Святкуймо Міжнародний день волонтера разом!

Невід’ємною частиною фестивального руху є волонтери. Вони є тілом і душею фестивалю: створюють дружню атмосферу, зустрічають гостей, допомагають виконавцям і гасять усі пожежі (в переносному і буквальному значенні *emoji*).

Ми хочемо відзначити Міжнародний день волонтера, поділившись досвідом організації та волонтерства на міжнародних театральних фестивалях Pro.ACT Fest та Ukraine Fringe з тими, хто завжди хотів поринути у культурне волонтерство, але не знав, з чого почати.

Під час заходу ви: відчуйте на своїй шкірі, як це бути волонтером фестивалю, дізнайтеся більше про фестиваль Ukraine Fringe та фестивальне волонтерство від координаторів фестивалю та досвідчених волонтерів, матимете можливість поділитися своїм досвідом з іншими учасниками під час неформального спілкування за чаєм, кавою та смачним печивом.

Участь у заході безкоштова (за попередньою реєстрацією).

КОЛИ: 3 грудня, початок реєстрації 17:30, початок заходу 18:00

Інформація про місце проведення буде надана лише зареєстрованим учасникам.

Мова заходу: англійська.
